Refund Policy:
The Refund can be initiated only in the following circumstances:
- Due to payment failure.
- Order is undelivered.
We will initiate a refund to your credit card/Debit Card/UPI (or original method of payment). You will receive the refund within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
Returns and Exchanges:
The item is non- returnable due to consumable nature of the Product.
Replacement Policy:
The product is eligible for the Replacement only when You (customer) received a damaged item or different item. In circumstances where you consider the product to be defective, you should promptly contact us and initiate a replacement request within 3 working days from the date of product delivered.
Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via email/message within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are eligible, we will send you a replacement product.
You will be required to return the defective or different product along with the original receipt at the time of replacement.
